Odense is the "capital" of Funen and the third largest city in Denmark. Here you can go shopping in the large pedestrian street in the centre of the city, visit museums or go sailing down the stream Odense Å. In the newly renovated green Zoo you can see penguins, sea cows, african birds, tigers, and chimpanzees in open air.

With the short distance to both the eastern and western parts of Denmark, a one-day trip to Sealand over the new Great Belt Bridge, an impressive sight with the second largest suspension bridge in the World, is within reach.
