Entering into the agreement – How do I make a booking?
You book your holiday home from Feriepartner’s front page or by choosing the menu item “Online booking”. You can also book under the menu item “Offers”, where the search will then only be carried out between holiday homes with special offers.

Flexible booking
You can either carry out a simple search or an advanced search. You can always change your search criteria, as the booking module is available on the left side during the entire search/booking procedure.

Statement of search criteria
You choose the criteria you wish to search on. You can either choose to state few search criteria, which can simply be a date of arrival/departure, or several criteria, such as desired facilities and destination. Remember that you can always change your criteria. When you have stated your search criteria, you click on “Search”, and then you are presented with the holiday homes that match these criteria.

Overview of houses
The holiday homes that match your criteria will now be displayed with a photo and a short information text.

At the individual houses, you can choose to:
- see the location of the holiday home on a map
- add the holiday home to your “Memo”
- read more about the house

House presentation
If you click on “Read more”, you will get all information about the holiday home, more photos, specific price information and contact information for the local rental agency in question. Furthermore, you can get driving directions and book the holiday home.

“Book holiday home”
By clicking on this button, you start the actual booking process, which consists of four short steps:

Step 1: Your choices
Here, you fill in the number of travellers and choose any services (bed linen, crib and high chair)

Step 2: Contact information
Here, you fill in your personal information in order for us to be able to send to order confirmation to you. You can also add a comment to the order.

Step 3: Approve order
Here, you will get a summary of the information given. You can change this by clicking on “Back”.
And here, you should tick off that you have read and accepted the rental conditions that are available from the page.

“Send order”
You do not carry out an actual booking until you click on “Send order”.

Step 4: Confirmation
Here, you will receive your electronic confirmation – you can see it on the screen and it is also sent to the email address that you have stated in your order.

The order confirmation can be printed. We will also send the order confirmation to you by regular mail.

You cannot see previous order through the login function on the web page, but if you would like to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, you can contact the local holiday home agency where you have carried out your order.
