Live workshop with professional production of gelato and sorbet according to Italian traditions, where quality, fresh ingredients and good craftsmanship produce the best results.

The ice cream workshop primarily uses Danish ingredients, but does not shy away from using good chocolate, fresh lemons and oranges, vanilla, coffee and other fantastic flavors.

The workshop's Gelato is based on fresh, organic milk with flavorings such as nuts, caramel, sea buckthorn, licorice or honey. The sorbet consists of ripe berries, fruits, sugar and water.

Beautiful surroundings
Idyllically located in one of the barns at Sonnemosegaard in the middle of Odsherred's beautiful nature close to Kongsøre and Sandskredet, Isværkstedet houses a well-equipped production kitchen and classroom.

Especially for kids
Come and decorate your own ice cream with the rest of the family or your friends.
