Gastro-events with local enthusiasts

In addition to creating events featuring historical themes, regional dishes, and stories brimming with local pride, Gastory also organizes special events in collaboration with passionate local producers, where their specific ingredients and craftsmanship take center stage.

Gastory is run by trained chef Karsten Bebe Howe Hansen, who works as a chef at Højby School in Odsherred, where he prepares lunch for the students and gives them a glimpse into the exciting world of food.
