Tír Bakery

Delicious croissants, sourdough bread, "tebirkes" and seasonal specialties baked with organic and biodynamic flour.

The bakery is run by former Noma chef, Irish-born Louise Bannon, who herself grinds rye flour and wheat flour obtained from surrounding farms in Odsherred.

Tír Bakery is a must for all bread enthusiasts.
